Our continuous stainless steel pipe and copper tube bright annealing heat treatment furnace provide outstanding heating and cooling cycle performance. Quality is evident in our furnace finish. There is never any haze, scale or heavy oxidation. Quick turnaround times are not a problem. Stainless steels and copper are ideally suited to our product system. We can process all shapes and sizes according customer. Special fixtures are not required. We achieve superior results versus vacuum processes at a fraction of the cost.

Product Introduction

The continuous bright annealing furnace is made of heating system, cooling system, transmission system, control system and ammonia decomposition device. Available Processes: Bright annealing, Solution annealing treatment, Stress relief annealing, Brazing.

Protective Gas: Ammonia Decomposing Gas(75%H2+25%N2) or other process required atmospheres.

Materials Processed: Stainless steels, mild steel, Nickel alloys, Other Ferrous alloys,copper, copper alloys.

Parts to Be Treated: Such as stainless steel pipe, copper tubes, steel tubes metal hoseand other products.
